Here at KanguriMurriHoney, we are absolutely committed to providing you with quality goods and services.

 

Should you have an issue with any of our products, please email us with the details of the problem at: kangurimurri@gmail.com. We will then get in contact to discuss a solution to the problem.

 

As Kangaroo Island is a sanctuary for the Ligurian Honey Bee, once our products have left the island, they cannot be returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on honey.
