Welcome to our Shipping Policy page. We want your honey to arrive fresh, safe, and right on time — here’s everything you need to know about how we deliver across Australia.

1. Where We Ship

We deliver Australia-wide, including:
NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA*, TAS, NT, and ACT.

*Please note: Western Australia and Tasmania have strict biosecurity restrictions on honey and bee products. See details below.

2. Processing Times

  • Orders are usually packed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

  • During busy times (like harvest season or holidays), please allow an extra few days for dispatch — we promise it’s worth the wait!

3. Delivery Options & Timeframes

We use Australia Post and trusted courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely and can be tracked every step of the way.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days

  • Regional areas: 5–10 business days

  • Remote areas: up to 14 business days

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey from our hives to your home.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Free shipping is available for orders over $100 (Australia only).

  • Express delivery options are available for an additional fee.

5. Packaging & Care

Every jar of honey is carefully packed to ensure it arrives just as we bottled it — golden and perfect.

  • We use food-safe, leak-proof containers.

  • Wherever possible, we choose eco-friendly and recyclable materials.

  • During warmer months, we take extra precautions to protect the honey from heat during transit.

6. Biosecurity Restrictions

We respect Australia’s strict biosecurity laws.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship raw or unprocessed honey to:

  • Western Australia

  • Tasmania

Orders placed for delivery to these states will be cancelled and fully refunded.
If you’re unsure, please check your local import regulations before ordering.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because honey is a food product, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
However, if your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue — we’ll quickly organise a replacement or refund.
